The Swigert Foundation Review Board is looking for young men and women who:

	Are willing to give 100% by participating in practices, games and competitions
	Abide by all the rules and regulations of the game and coaches
	At all times and under all circumstances show good sportsmanship behavior
	Demonstrate a financial need for assistance
	And above all show a love for the ice!
